Goal: turn the sheet upside down without stepping off it.

Rules:

  • Spread a blanket or sheet (raft) on the floor and ask team members to stand on it.
  • The goal is to flip the sheet over while staying on it and without touching the floor outside the fabric.

Reflection:

This exercise requires clear communication, cooperation and a good sense of humour. It is a great way to get the team thinking about cooperation, organization, strategy, and trust.

  • How was it?
  • What happened?
  • What do you take from it?
