Game:
Story: there was a storm. Your raft has capsized. You have to turn it around, but you can’t get off: the waters you are in are swarming with hungry sharks.
Goal: turn the sheet upside down without stepping off it.
Rules:
- Spread a blanket or sheet (raft) on the floor and ask team members to stand on it.
- The goal is to flip the sheet over while staying on it and without touching the floor outside the fabric.
Reflection:
This exercise requires clear communication, cooperation and a good sense of humour. It is a great way to get the team thinking about cooperation, organization, strategy, and trust.
